 COLLI DI LUNI DOC

VERMENTINO "VIGNE BASSE" 

Vines: Vermentino 90%, other vites 10%.

Vineyards: in Fosdinovo at an altitude at about m 100 s.l. In main vineyard of about 3,5 ha ground is sandy-loamy an rich of "ciotoli".

Plant: Breeding to Guyot low with average density of 8.400 plants for hectare in vineyards more young and of 5.000 plants for hectare in other.

Harvest: manual, divided for maturation of different parcel in month of September.

Vinification: soft systems for receipt of grapes, slight bleeding, maceration and fermentation in vats or open barriques, divided for different parcel, racking by gravity and aged for one year following in oak barrels of various measures and steps.

Bottling: febbruary, to exalt fruit, output of the wine after few weeks.

Bottles Produced: 40.000.
