Harvest: Manual, divided for maturation of different parcel in the month of October.
Vinification: soft systems for receipt of grapes. Maceration and fermentation in open barriques with repeated manual punchings, racking for gravity and following aging for six month on lees.
Bottling: April with exit of wine after one month of aging in glass.
Yield for Hectare: 70 quintals of grapes for hectare.
