With Garlic

Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil, basil 14%, pine nuts, nuts, milk proteins, grana padano cheese, salt, cream. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid. Corrector of acidity: lactic acid, garlic.

“Pesto ” is prepared  according to the ancient Ligurian  recipe, utilizing fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, cheese, pine nuts and salt. As tradition wants basil and pine nuts crushed raw and the whole is seasoned by cheese and extra virgin olive oil. Every dish, from fresh pasta, to soup, to pizza, to boiled vegetables, thanks to its unique flavor, become unique in appearance and taste.
