Monocultivar is a special product, made from 100% one variety olives. The result is an oil with a strong identity and characteristic aromas, typical and representative.
Leccino is one of the most widespread olive varieties in Italy. The olive trees are characterised by dense, slightly drooping foliage. The fruits are elongated and rather large. Harvesting usually takes place around the end of October, beginning of November. The result is a high-quality single-variety oil.
We have chosen to process this cultivar in purity to bring out its wonderful and delicate characteristics.
Monocultivar Leccino extra virgin olive oil is an oil:

Pairings:
Fish dishes, vegetable pies, cooked vegetables, salads.
Storage Method:
Store at a temperature between 10 and 20 degrees, do not expose to direct or diffused light sources and close the container tightly after each use.
