BRUSCHELLA
Ingredients: garlic, tomatoes 65%, Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, peppers, salt, sage, chilli 1%, oregano.
The Bruschella is cream based of garlic, of delicate and particular flavor. The garlic is first processed to eliminate unwanted effects that from the breath, then is chopped in little pieces and united with other ingredients as tomato and chilli, in order to obtain a spicy and appetizing product. Excellent on croutons and canapés in general, as condiment for pasta dishes and to accompany grilled meats.
