TOMATOES IN OIL
Ingredients: Dried tomatoes 60%, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar of wine, salt, oregano. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
Tomatoes are collected, are opened and dried in the sun, then are entrusted to extra virgin olive oil which them makes at palate soft and full of flavor. Excellent as appetizer, boundary, on bruschette, in salad and as ingredient for sauces of intense flavor.
