Il Moro extra virgin olive oil is made from olives grown on our farm and is IGP TOSCANO CERTIFIED.
Thanks to a project dedicated to promoting our local area, in the municipality of Fosdinovo, we take care of more than 1,200 trees from which we harvest the olives used to create this excellent product.
It is a prized selection of our best cultivars, a unique and special blend, expertly created and directed by our expert master blender, Adriano Petacchi, whose talent and passion elevate every taste to an unparalleled sensory experience.
We take care of all stages of production ourselves: from pruning to harvesting, from milling to bottling.
Produced and packaged in our mill, using cutting-edge techniques, which allow us to obtain a superior quality oil with a short and controlled supply chain.

Pairings:
Bruschetta, pinzimonio, fresh vegetables, legumes, soups, grilled meat, grilled ribs, baked fish with aromatic herbs, octopus salad, grilled roasts and shellfish.
Storage method:
Store at a temperature between 10 and 20 degrees, do not expose to direct or diffused light and close the container tightly after each use.
Milling:
At the estate's oil mill using a continuous 2½-phase system. Cold extraction, below 27°C.
Storage:
Stainless steel containers in rooms at a temperature of 15/18°C and controlled atmosphere to prevent oxidation of the product.
Filtration:
Polishing using filter bags.
