OROGIALLO - Production 2024-2025
Orogiallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The result of careful blending of different types of 100% Italian cold-pressed oils. We select the best olives and process them as quickly as possible to produce a genuine oil, rich in flavour and nutrients. The result is an excellent product with a fragrant and delicate aroma, which goes well with all your dishes.
Orogiallo extra virgin olive oil is:
- -Low in acidity
- -Cold-pressed
- -Entirely Italian
Pairings:
It is ideal with salads, first courses and fish main courses, white meats, mayonnaise and cakes.
Storage method:
Store at a temperature between 10 and 20 degrees, do not expose to direct or diffused light and close the container tightly after each use.
Milling:
Continuous 2½-phase system. Cold extraction, below 27°C.
Storage:
Stainless steel containers in rooms at a temperature of 15/18°C and controlled atmosphere to prevent oxidation of the product.
Filtration:
Rough filtering and polishing using filter bags.

0.25L bottle, 0.50L bottle, 3L bag in box, 5L can.
