  RUSTIC SOUP 

Components: Beans black, eye, laird lentils,lentils red  type mountain, split peas, rice, peeled broad beans, pearl barley.

Healthy soup, nutrient and tasty, simple to prepare and secure succesfull. NOT leave it soak. Put the soup  in cold water ( for 4 people, 1 liter of water and half kilo of product). Cook for 40/50 minutes since the boil,stir occasionally and control that the density is the one you want, added if neccesary a bit of water.
