RED LENTILS PEELED
Respect to other legumes, the red lentil, is fast to cook and more simple to digest. Rich of vegetal proteins and iron they help the regularity of intestinal functions and are also poor of fats, but at the same time nutrients. They not require of soaking, must be rinsed under water and then cooked starting from cold water for about 15 minutes; in kitchen can be used in soups, velvety, meatballs and vegetal burger or used as side dish.
