CREAM OF ARTICHOKE
Ingredients: Heart of artichokes 57%, Olive Oil, wine vinegar, garlic, salt, natural flavors. Acidity corrector: citric acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
The artichoke is a flower, a flower that can be used in many ways; some of our artichokes are transformed in patè, obtaining a cream of artichokes very delicate which is then flavored with anchovies and capers. Indicated to bruschette and canapés in general, recommended as condiment for risotto.
