ARTICHOKES IN OIL
Ingredients: Small Morelli artichokes, Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, white vinegar, salt, pepper, chilli, Fresh Natural Flavour.
These weds artichokes, once cleansed, are scalded in water, decolorized vinegar, wine and some aromatic herbs; then are packed manually in extra virgin olive oil. Ideal as appetizer, snacks for aperitif, to enrich salad and as side dish for some dishes.
