MARINATED GARLIC
Ingredients: garlic, Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, white vinegar, salt, oregano, chilly, pepper, sage, fresh natural flavour.
Garlic is marinated and treaty with vinegar to eliminate unwanted effects on breath; then is seasoned with the addition of chopped capers, oregano, chilly and oil. This product results excellent as boundary, in salad, appetizers and even as aperitif; also adapted in every recipe in which they not add garlic because result too heavy.
