Oroverde Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the result of careful and meticulous blending of different types of 100% Italian cold-pressed oils. We select the best olives and process them as quickly as possible to obtain a genuine oil, rich in flavour and nutrients. Its characteristics are highly sought after and typical of the cultivars used. It gives an unmistakable character to every dish, resulting in a full-bodied palate and ending with persistent spicy and bitter sensations. Ideal for making the typical flavours of our cuisine even more special.
Oroverde extra virgin olive oil is an oil:

-Cold extracted
-Entirely Italian
Pairings:
Vegetables and carpaccio meats; its flavour is perfect for enhancing bruschetta and hot dishes such as legume soups.
Storage method:
Keep at a temperature between 10 and 20 degrees, do not expose to direct or diffused light sources and close the container tightly after each use.
Milling:
Continuous 2½-phase system. Cold extraction, below 27°C.
Storage:
Stainless steel containers in rooms at a temperature of 15/18°C and controlled atmosphere to prevent oxidation of the product.
Filtration:
Rough filtering and polishing using filter bags.
