Orogiallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The result of careful and meticulous blending of different types of 100% Italian oils, cold extracted. We select the best olives and process them as quickly as possible to produce a genuine oil, rich in flavour and nutrients. Pairings:

Storage method:
Store at a temperature between 10 and 20 degrees, do not expose to direct or diffused light and close the container tightly after each use.

Continuous 2½-phase system. Cold extraction, below 27°C.
Storage:
Stainless steel containers in rooms at a temperature of 15/18°C and controlled atmosphere to prevent oxidation of the product.
Filtration:
Rough filtering and polishing using filter bags.
