Production 2025- 2026
This is the first oil of the oil campaign. Bottled UNFILTERED, it maintains intact all the organoleptic characteristics of the cultivars used. I An oil with a special taste: persistent spicy and bitter sensations.
The Morello extra virgin oil is an oil:
-Low acidity
-Cold-pressed
-Totally Italian
- Rich in polyphenols
Serving suggestions:
Tartare meat ; the flavour is enhanced with boiled potatoes, bruschetta and hot dishes such as legume soups.
Storage method:
Keep at a temperature between 15 and 18 degrees Celsius, do not expose to direct or diffuse light sources and hermetically seal the container after each use. After about 3 to 6 months after purchase it is best to decant into clean containers to prevent any sediment on the bottom from fermenting.
Milling:
Continuous 2 ½ phase system. Cold extraction, below 27°C.
Storage:
Stainless steel containers in rooms at a temperature of 15/18°C and controlled atmosphere to avoid oxidation of the product.
Filtration:
Unfiltered.
