  Flour of Durum Wheat 

Manufactured as wants the tradition utilizing the method of grinding stone in our mill with only Grains 100% Certified Italian; this processing gives to the flour all its natural flavor.

Main used to make homemade pasta; can be mixed it in percent to flour of wheat type "0" or utilized alone in according to taste. Advice: in the second case not add eggs to the dough.
