  Almond Flour 

Obtained from the processing of almonds, is a flour from high caloric intake and consequently becomes an aliment very energetic. It is the main ingredient of many typical cakes in our country as Marzapane and "Pasta di Mandorle", used to enrich doughs and as main element of baked goods; ideal also for the preparation of soft "amaretti" and creams.
