OLIVE GREEN PASTE
Ingredients: green olives in brine 64%, extra virgin olive oil, capers, salt, natural flavors. Corrector of acidity: lactic acid, citric acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
The olive green paste is obtained by sweet olives matured to the point right, with the added of extra virgin olive oil of high quality. Its taste is fresh, soft and light. Ideal to utilize for the preparation of appetizers and as condiment to create first and second dishes by taste delicate. Its smell is intense and has a typical taste of fresh olive. This product has an high lipidic content, is rich of monounsaturated fatty acids which keep under control cholesterol; contains potassium in high quantity that help the digestion.
