Its characteristics are much sought typical of the cultivars used.It can give to every dish an unmistakable character, in full respect of much authentic cooking tradition, it appears to the palate full-bodied and terminating with sensations of spicy and bitter persistent.
Conservation: Maintain at a temperature between 10-20 degrees, do not expose to direct or diffuse light and always keep the container sealed. After 3/6 months is adviced to make racking.
