ABOUT US

Our company is located in northern Tuscany, in Caniparola (Province of Massa-Carrara), at the foot of the medieval village of Fosdinovo.

Here we directly manage 1200 olive trees and cultivate 3 hectares of arable land.

“Always believe, never give up”

This was the motto of Grandfather Alfredo, known as "Il Moro", founder of our company, who in 1954, driven by his innate passion for healthy and genuine products of the "earth", decided to fully exploit the agricultural potential of the Fosdinovo hills and devote himself to the oil milling business.

NOT JUST OIL

In addition to being oil millers, we are also millers!

Our flour is produced just as it was in the past, ground with a stone that is still beaten by hand. The purpose of the sifting process is to optimise the mill's production yield.
