Flour of Wheat Type “2" 

Manufactured as wants the tradition utilizing the method of grinding stone in our mill with only Grains 100% Certified Italian; this processing gives to the flour all its natural flavor.

This flour is obtained from integral flour going to delete all bran, left unchanged the quantity of cruschello which represents the  so-called "fiber" of the grain. Is adapt for homemade and rustic  breads.
