  Oatmeal Flour 

Flour which borns from grinding of grains of oats, presents an high energy intake and an high presence of fiber permits a slow absorption to advantage of  index glycemic. The oatmeal flour is used in particular for baked goods, but for a good leavening must be mixed with other flours; is excellent for the dried preparations as cookies.
