E 'flour which is obtained by milling wheat without being sieved. E 'suitable for breads or whole mix in proportion to the type "0" to get the bread more or less dark according to your preferences. It' produced by us directly, using only certified nostrali grain, mainly grown in the province of Parma ( Fornovo). The grinding is done with our mill stone that gives the flour all its natural flavor.
